Founded in 1990 by David W. Baross to provide full service quality professional investigative services in a number of area to prestigious legal, insurance, corporate and personal clients throughout the world. Our staff specialties are to conduct sensitive investigations, specialized surveillances, covert video and photography.  We handle workers' compensation, personal injury and fraud cases, as well as a variety of database research. We also provide executive protection, personal and business security and consulting.

Upon retiring in 1988 after 20 years as a peace officer in a California Sheriff's Department, Mr. Baross subsequently formed his own investigation company known as David Baross Associates. With a number of years in specialized areas including an "undercover capacity" and 15 years in a supervisory roll in a number of divisions, Mr. Baross also started a security and consulting firm known as International Risk Management. Today both business's are combined as Liability Management International, Inc.

Mr. Baross has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of San Francisco, CA and a lifetime California State Teaching Credential for Criminal Justice, as well completing numerous specialized training courses.
